I’m very pleased to announce that the hotel section on the On Your Side wiki is complete. It features everything from the the well-known hotel brands, such as Hilton and Marriott, to boutique chains such as Aloft.

Thanks to our volunteer editors, the wiki has wrapped up another industry category: car rentals. We’ve just added Avis, Enterprise and Hertz to the site, along with detailed contact information for anyone who has a car-related grievance.
