Overview

Baja Fresh is a chain of fast food restaurants that were originally opened by Jim and Linda Magglos in Conejo Valley, California in 1990. The idea was to provide, good, fresh Mexican-style food that didn’t come from a can or freezer. Everything is made fresh and each location offers a self-serve salsa bar. There are 256 restaurants in 29 states, and in 2010 they opened in the country of Dubai.
